The second season of the RTP series "A Espia" will feature the special participation of the renowned Portuguese Chair (#5008), that will share the scene with table #5028.
The Adico furniture will "parade" down the red carpet of Parque Eduardo VII and "dress in beige, with wooden details," the terrace that serves as the setting for another episode's plot.
Produced by Ukbar Filmes and directed by Laura Seixas and João Maia, "A Espia" unfolds during the height of World War II, when various espionage networks operated in Portugal. The series follows one of these networks, the Shell network, which was led by the British operating in Portugal between 1941 and 1942. They had a plan for infrastructure destruction and counterintelligence in case the country was invaded by the Germans.
Maria João Bastos, Daniela Ruah, Diogo Morgado, Madalena Almeida, Ana Vilela da Costa, Lúcia Moniz, Kelly Bailei and Gabriela Barros are some of the actors in the series.
